The driving force behind the Greater Manchester devolution deal has urged towns and cities to make peace.

Speaking at The MJ's Future Forum North event today, founding director of consultancy Metro Dynamics, Mike Emmerich warned a competitive relationship between towns and cities was counter-productive.
