A plan to invest in commercial property has brought in more than £1m extra in rent over the past year to Basingstoke & Deane BC.

Cabinet member for regeneration and property, Cllr John Izett, said: ‘The excellent financial returns on our four property investments in Basingstoke is proof that it was the right decision to invest £30m in our property investment strategy.
