£21bn of residential development planned for London

London will see £21bn of prime residential development over the next nine years, according to new research.

London will see £21bn of prime residential development over the next nine years, according to new research carried out by EC Harris.

The research shows that 9,000 residential units are currently on site or planned for delivery in central London by 2020. It predicts that £8bn of new development will come to market by 2015, comprising 4,000 units.
