There has been much discussion around the introduction of welfare reforms, particularly of the changes to housing benefit, most of it focusing on the negative impacts on benefit claimants and little of it highlighting the raft of support and help available to those affected. 

The recent changes link home occupation, and where the household can afford to live, much more strongly with work.
