Government to review Public Works Loan Board

Two departments are looking at the ‘rates and flexibilities’ the lender offers councils.

A review of the Public Works Loan Board (PWLB) is being carried out by the Government, a minister has revealed.

Local government minister Luke Hall said the Treasury and Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government were working together on a review of the public sector lender.
