The Scottish Government must learn from past mistakes in its efforts to tackle child poverty, a watchdog has warned.

A briefing by the Accounts Commission said Holyrood's second child poverty delivery plan, which begins this year, took a more joined-up approach than the first, encompassing central and local government and their partners.
