Cuts in public spending are disproportionately hitting the most vulnerable people in society, according to a new report.

Counting the Cuts, published by the Centre for Welfare Reform on behalf of the Campaign for a Fair Society, reveals that disabled people on low incomes are facing cuts four times as much as the average, with people who need help from social services facing cuts six time greater than average.
