Constituency boundaries must alter to reflect changing communities but reforms need a careful touch of Mary Berry magic in the mix, says Andrew Muter

I was just coming to terms with the fact the Great British Bake Off would no longer be prime time BBC viewing, when along came another announcement to shake the poppy seeds off my bara brith.

The Boundary Commission's proposals for new parliamentary constituency boundaries stimulated a number of interesting comments from political parties, MPs and other interests.
