Less than half of councils (43%) have an up-to-date digital connectivity strategy, according to new research.

The FarrPoint Digital Connectivity Survey 2023 also found that 12% of councils who responded have no digital connectivity strategy at all, and 80% were unsure about how improved connectivity can cut carbon emissions.
