Halton appoints new chief executive

Stephen Young is currently an executive director at Lancashire CC.

Halton BC has appointed Stephen Young as its new chief executive.

Mr Young is currently executive director of growth, environment, transportation and community services at Lancashire CC, and has previously held senior roles at Bolton and Oldham MBCs.
