The ham and eggs approach to growth

Last week, the Government produced its Industrial Strategy, but it will need a Budget, devolution White Paper and Spending Review to be committed to its growth mission to make a difference, writes Dr Henry Kippin.

The tennis great Martina Navratilova once opined on the difference between involvement and commitment: ‘It's like the difference between ham and eggs... The chicken is involved but the pig is committed…'.
