Hanukkah didn’t go entirely according to plan for one London director of public health. Newham LBC’s Jason Strelitz ended up stuck in a quarantine hotel at Heathrow after returning from a trip to Malawi.

As he said on Twitter: ‘I don't think setting off smoke alarms in a quarantine hotel would be [a] good look!'
