Council tenants in Harrow may be offered cash incentives to move abroad in a bid to free up social housing.

Council tenants in Harrow may be offered cash incentives to move abroad in a bid to free up social housing.

Harrow Council said the cash incentives would only be offered to those tenants already considering moving abroad, and it would be ‘entirely their choice' if they accepted the offer.
