Hart DC is to look at its joint chief executive leadership model with the departure of Patricia Hughes.

Hart DC is to look at its joint chief executive leadership model with the departure of Patricia Hughes.

The council has announced Ms Hughes is to step down as joint CEO at the end of this week.
