Head of Revenues and Benefits Service (Cambridge)

We need someone with strong people and project management skills to lead our Revenue and Benefits Service through major changes. It's a chance to make your mark as you keep our team motivated and enthused while inspiring effective, efficient, and accurate services. You'll also devise a strategic plan for the future delivery of the service.

You will have a proven track record of managing a revenue and benefits service. Ideally IRRV or CIPFA qualified, you will have experience of working closely with the Department for Work and Pensions. Able to lead from the front, you will have the tenacity and credibility to manage the implementation of wide-ranging welfare reforms.

A basic disclosure will be required.
