Bristol City Council has reached an agreement with a Scandinavian firm that will see 200 ‘flat-pack' homes built in the city.

BoKlok, a company jointly owned by Skanska and Ikea, will develop 140 homes on a council-owned site in the south of the city to be sold on the open market, with the remaining dwellings destined for social rent and shared ownership.
