Improving the delivery of warmer and greener homes in London

The need to create warmer and more energy efficient housing in London has led to greater collaboration across the capital's government and better use of funding, says Ali Griffin.

It's been powerful to see how the shared challenge of making the capital's housing warmer and more energy-efficient has driven greater collaboration across London government and efficient use of Government funding.

In the capital, 379,000 households are living in fuel poverty. Cold and poorly- insulated homes are damaging people's health and contributing to high energy bills. In addition, 31% of London's carbon emissions come from domestic buildings.
