Portsmouth City Council has boosted its income generation expectations after signing a 10-year deal to rent out warehouse space in Leeds.

Portsmouth City Council has boosted its income generation expectations after signing a 10-year deal to rent out warehouse space in Leeds.

The agreement to let the trading unit to air conditioning suppliers TF Solutions means the industrial, retail and commercial properties bought by the council are now expected to bring in rental income to the tune of £6.6m every year.
