Interim appointed to LGA finance role

Former Harrow LBC chief executive Michael Lockwood is to join the local Government Association (LGA) has interim director of finance from 1 March.

Former Harrow LBC chief executive Michael Lockwood is to join the local Government Association (LGA) has interim director of finance from 1 March.  

He will take over from current incumbent, Daniel Goodwin, who announced he is stepping down earlier this month.
