John picked to head up London Councils

London Councils has elected Southwark LBC leader, Cllr Peter John, as its new chair to replace former incumbent, Cllr Claire Kober.

London Councils has elected Southwark LBC leader, Cllr Peter John, as its new chair to replace former incumbent, Cllr Claire Kober.

A former barrister, Cllr John has been leader of Southwark for eight years and has been on the London Councils executive since 2012.
