Keeping investment flowing to where its needed

The sector badly needs access to capital in order to grow and take on new responsibilities and challenges, says Sir Stephen Bubb.

How can we get investment flowing to where it's needed? It's a question which probably keeps chancellor George Osborne up at night, but it's also a particularly pressing issue for the third sector at the moment, as we examine how to access the funding we need to grow and thrive.

So, last week, I was pleased to meet last week Nick O'Donohoe from Big Society Capital, and discuss how to expand the role of social finance.
