Survey from the National Housing Federation says economic growth in local communties has stalled due to lack of affordable housing.

A lack of affordable housing is stalling economic growth in local communities, according to a new survey for the National Housing Federation.

The survey of businesses found that rising rents and house prices are making to harder to recruit staff, with 70% saying it will affect their ability to attract and retain workers.
