'Larger projects slowing down housebuilding rate'

The speed of approving large developments is slowing down the rate of housebuilding in the UK rather than refusals, research from Warwick University has found.

The speed of approving large developments is slowing down the rate of housebuilding in the UK rather than refusals, research from Warwick University has found. 

Warwick academics said councils were less likely to refuse bigger developments but these projects faced more paperwork and delays.
