New leader elected at Harrow Council

Cllr David Perry has been given the top post at Harrow Council following a leadership election.

Cllr David Perry has been given the top post at Harrow Council following a leadership election.

Mr Perry, currently the council's portfolio holder for community and cultural services, will take over the leader role on 23 May, when Cllr Thaya Idaikkadar will step down.
