Days may be numbered for London's worst council logo, but remember local government doesn't always move terribly quickly.

The replacement of Harrow LBC's purple and gold logo has been a long-held ambition for Conservative leader Paul Osborn, who recently said it had been voted the ‘worst logo in London' and made the authority a ‘laughing stock'.
