LEPs 'needlessly frozen out' on skills

Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEP) are being ‘needlessly frozen out’ of bidding for skills funding, the chair of the LEP Network has complained.

Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEP) are being ‘needlessly frozen out' of bidding for skills funding, the chair of the LEP Network has complained.

Writing for The MJ, Mark Bretton, said excluding LEPs from skills provision ‘just doesn't make sense' and pleaded for the Government to change its policy.
