Significant progress may be under threat from the new apprenticeship levy, one of the UK's leading outsource service providers has warned.

Ahead of the deadline for responding to the Government's consultation on Friday, head of resourcing and development at NSL, Barry Hopley, said there was a danger the Government's target of creating three million new apprenticeships by 2020 could jeopardise those already employed.
