Tools to tackle rogue landlords are ‘out of date, not fit for purpose and need to be overhauled’, the Local Government Association (LGA) has claimed.

Tools to tackle rogue landlords are ‘out of date, not fit for purpose and need to be overhauled', the Local Government Association (LGA) has claimed. 

 Under current rules, selective licensing can only be used where there is low demand for housing or anti-social behaviour problems.
