The financial stability of Liverpool City Council is still a risk, according to an interim report from auditors Grant Thornton.

The financial stability of Liverpool City Council is still a risk, according to an interim report from auditors Grant Thornton.

The report comes after chief executive Tony Reeves resigned with immediate effect earlier this month following a report to council which acknowledged the failing authority was not making as much progress as was hoped.
