New District Councils' Network chairman John Fuller outlines his priorities for the coming year.

I am proud, humbled and excited to have been elected as the Chairman of the District Councils' Network (DCN).

In my first address as DCN Chairman at our AGM in Birmingham I set out my vision in four words - better lives, bigger economies.
