The local government sector has a ‘strong technical capacity’ to deliver further spending reductions, a new report has said.

The local government sector has a ‘strong technical capacity' to deliver further spending reductions, a new report has said.

The report by Standard & Poor's ratings services said it continued to view the sector as retaining high investment-grade quality.
