Local government and the third sector working together

Regular readers of this column may have noticed that the topic of local government cuts to the voluntary sector has been something of a recurring theme this year.

And anyone who heard my speech at the Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations (ACEVO) North conference last Thursday will have detected a similar motif.
