Last month, the leader of Ealing LBC Peter Mason, one of council's fantastic social workers and I met with the Prime Minister to talk about our approach to using artificial intelligence (AI) in public services.

We spoke to him about a tool called Magic Notes, which creates reports and case notes from recordings of meetings between social workers and their clients, and reduces administration time by half.
