Plans to merge Stratford-on-Avon and Warwick DCs will not go ahead after the former got cold feet.

Stratford-on-Avon leader Tony Jefferson is understood to have been concerned by the potential findings of a ‘supplementary review' of a company wholly-owned by Warwick.
