Local government minister Simon Clarke has urged English council leaders to make sure parks remain open during the coronavirus pandemic.

Local government minister Simon Clarke has urged English council leaders to make sure parks remain open during the coronavirus pandemic.

In a letter, he said it was important for councils to manage the social distancing requirements ‘in the most practicable way while allowing people to take exercise'.
