Public finance minister Tom Arthur visited Edinburgh to mark the publication of a Bill that would allow councils to charge a levy on overnight stays.

Public finance minister Tom Arthur visited Edinburgh to mark the publication of a Bill that would allow councils to charge a levy on overnight stays.

The Scottish Government said the funds raised if Holyrood passed the Visitor Levy Bill would support local visitor facilities and services.
