Minister Eddie Hughes has said the electorate will decide whether or not the Levelling Up Fund has been successful.

He was asked in the House of Commons by Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee chairman Clive Betts whether there were any indicators or targets to gauge whether the fund had achieved its objectives.
