A moment of seismic change

The UK cannot afford to shut itself away from the world post-Brexit, writes Cllr Judith Blake.

This is my first MJ piece leading the cabinet of Core Cities UK and I'd like to start by paying tribute to my predecessor Sir Richard Leese, leader of Manchester City Council.

Under Sir Richard, Core Cities grew into a powerful voice for our leading urban areas.
