Morgan Sindall seals £1bn venture with Brentwood

Brentwood BC has approved the formation of a £1bn joint venture with Morgan Sindall Investments.

Brentwood BC has approved the formation of a £1bn joint venture with Morgan Sindall Investments.

The 50:50 partnership, known as the Brentwood Development Partnership, will build developments on council land over a 30-year period.
