Local government’s high credit quality has been bolstered by the Government’s intervention at Northamptonshire, an expert has said.

Local government's high credit quality has been bolstered by the Government's intervention at Northamptonshire, an expert has said.

A report by rating agency Moody's concluded that the intervention highlighted the sector's ‘high level of state support'.
