Northamptonshire CC has faced criticism over a £1m loan to a joint enterprise.

Northamptonshire CC has faced criticism over a £1m loan to a joint enterprise.

The council, which operates under the supervision of Government commissioners following the issuing of two section 114 notices last year, is providing a £1m overdraft facility to LGSS.
