Controversial proposals for the reorganisation of local government in Nottinghamshire have resurfaced as part of work to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nottinghamshire CC is to create a committee that will grapple with the thorny issue as part of its remit in the first full council meeting to be held since the lockdown on Thursday.
