Monmouthshire CC’s chief officer for communities and place, Frances O’Brien, has been appointed chief executive of Neath Port Talbot CBC.

Monmouthshire CC's chief officer for communities and place, Frances O'Brien, has been appointed chief executive of Neath Port Talbot CBC.

It comes after Neath Port Talbot chief executive officer Karen Jones announced her decision to retire earlier this year.
