Oldham MBC has announced the permanent appointment of Shelley Kipling as chief executive.

Oldham MBC has announced the permanent appointment of Shelley Kipling as chief executive.

She has been acting chief executive since the secondment of Harry Catherall to Tameside MBC last year.
