Leeds City Council’s chief executive Tom Riordan has announced he will leave the authority at the end of the year.

Leeds City Council's chief executive Tom Riordan has announced he will leave the authority at the end of the year.

Riordan said he wanted to ‘explore new opportunities' following 14 years in the role.
