Pay offer for council employees announced

National Employers have made an offer of a 3.2% pay increase for council employees from 1 April 2025.

National Employers have made an offer of a 3.2% pay increase for all council employees from 1 April 2025.

The same offer has been made to trade unions for red book and green book employees, chief executives and chief officers.
