Pension fund makes local investment

Strathclyde Pension Fund has agreed a £20m investment in companies developing innovative diagnostic, treatment or monitoring technologies.

Strathclyde Pension Fund has agreed a £20m investment in companies developing innovative diagnostic, treatment or monitoring technologies.

Chair of the fund, Cllr Allan Gow, said that while his first priority was securing a return for savers he was pleased the investment would also have ‘clear benefits' for Glasgow.
