'Pioneering' Wigan chief Donna Hall announces retirement

The chief executive of Wigan MBC, Donna Hall, has announced her retirement.

The chief executive of Wigan MBC, Donna Hall, has announced her retirement.

Ms Hall, who was awarded a CBE for services to local government in 2010, will retire next year after eight years at the helm.
