Planning legislation to be introduced to Parliament

Government legislation aimed at speeding up council planning decisions to boost housebuilding will be introduced to Parliament tomorrow.

Government legislation aimed at speeding up council planning decisions to boost housebuilding will be introduced to Parliament tomorrow. 

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) said the Planning and Infrastructure Bill aimed to cut planning red tape and ‘remove unnecessary blockers and challenges' to housebuilding and developments.
