As the dust settles on the recent elections, politicians' minds will be turning towards the General Election only 11 months away.  For our sector, it is almost inconceivable that the current DCLG Secretary of State will be in the role after a new Government formed.  

1. Build positive relationships, across all parties - you will achieve so much more with this approach than by being bullying and patronising.
